Microsoft's Agent is included free with many of the newer releases of Windows, however if you do need to download the program or get additional, you can access the Agent homepage at the following http://www.microsoft.com/msagent

MS Agent Characters

Microsoft Agent also allows the ability to create or use different characters and one of the larger galleries where you can download additional characters is at the MS Agent Webring.
